Product quality
Bulk order specifications should be recorded in quote, invoice, purchase order, or confirmed written messages.
On-time shipment
Production and shipping timing must be confirmed before payment. Delays are handled by written agreement or refund review.
Issue review
Missing items, non-shipment, or product issues require order number, photos/video, package evidence, and timely reporting.
What is not claimed
Ornava does not claim external marketplace badges, platform mediation, or third-party certification unless a separate document proves it.
