How to source from Ornava using the single-supplier version of the international B2B buying path.

Use Start Order or Add to cart for samples and small orders with visible prices. Use Contact Supplier or RFQ for bulk orders.

Include product links, quantity, target price, material, color, size, logo or packaging needs, destination country, and expected delivery date.

Samples help confirm scale, finish, clasp, stone style, and packaging before bulk order. Sample availability is confirmed per product.

Sample and small orders can use checkout. Bulk orders can use proforma invoice, deposit, balance payment, and Ornava payment link.

For bulk orders, confirm quote, proforma invoice, purchase order details, payment terms, shipping method, and destination before payment.

Ornava order protection applies to orders paid through Ornava checkout or an Ornava payment link, according to the order policy.

Shipping method, cost, and lead time are confirmed before bulk payment. Tracking is provided after dispatch when available.

Logo card, gift box, barcode label, mixed-style packing, and finish/color requests are quoted separately.

Report missing items, non-shipment, or product issues within the policy window with photos or video evidence.
